The price includes:

rental of the holiday house with the estate (per night) for 2 adults
the Solčava welcome
the use of beddings
the use of towels and bathrobes
firewood for the first burning (extra payment for next firewood is 5, 00 euros)
parking in front of the house
unlimited use of saunas and hot tub in the house – only for the guests of the CHALET HOLIDAY HOUSE
use of the room for storage and drying of the sports equipment and any other equipment
use of the washing machine and the dryer
free Wi-Fi
VAT, check in

Additional payment and other conditions:

for 3, 4, 5 and 6 adults: 40,00 euro per person per night,
for 7, 8, 9 and 10 adults: 20,00 euro per person per night,
free for children under 3
for children from 3 – 12: 15,00 euro per child per night
for children from 12 – 18: 20,00 euro per child per night
tourist tax: 2,00 euro per adult per night, 1,00 euro per child, aged 7 – 18 per night
final cleaning: 60,00 euro (obligatory)

Extra options, benefits and discounts:

possibility to reserve local BIO breakfast 9,00 euro per person
possibility to buy locally grown food and products
unlimited usage of the whole estate in the surroundings of the house 'Alpske sanje'
help for organizing extra activities in the nature (hiking, hunting) and other sports activities (skiing, sledding, cross-country skiing, climbing, backcountry skiing etc.)
transfer from close airports or railway stations or transportation from/to your locations (extra payment)
